Climate à la carte

The city of Zurich wants to become climate neutral and is raising awareness among the population from 29 August to 30 September with its "Climate à la carte" campaign by focusing on plant-based rather than animal-based products. 

As a large restaurant operator in Zurich, we take our responsibility seriously. Our food causes around one third of the environmental impact and 20 percent of the CO₂ emissions of all goods consumed. 

We evaluate all menus and label them transparently with the Menu Sustainability Index in terms of their environmental friendliness and balance. In addition to our existing selection, we support the "Climate à la carte" movement with a specially highlighted vegan or vegetarian "Climate à la carte" menu.
