Quality Management on 3 Levels
The ZFV Management ensures as the top level management that we not only talk about quality in our companies, but that we also offer it. The management defines the guidelines and ensures with the support of quality coaches that our quality management system is implemented, regularly controlled within the framework of internal as well as external audits and continually developed.
The company directors and employees are responsible for the on-site compliance of the quality standards in our hotels, restaurants and bakery-confectionery branches. Upon recruitment the topics of environment management, working, food safety and feedback system are trained. There are numerous training modules «on the job» which follow as well as quality courses within the framework of our further training program. In addition to this, there is an electronic quality manual which is designed to help our teams on site with the implementation of the company directives.
- Our partners are also encouraged to ensure quality in the terms of our guests. Be it grocery retailers, butchers or kitchen fitters – each and every one of our suppliers passes through a referencing process and is committed to adhering to our standards of quality entirely.
