System Catering Manager/ Manageress EFZ

What awaits you
Within a gastronomy company of ZFV you will learn from scratch the abilities and skills of System Catering specialists. This includes the ordering of produce, the preparation of food as well as the controlling of quality  and correct storage of goods. In addition, you acquire the knowledge of drawing up an operational plan and are able to deal with further administrative tasks.

What you bring along
You enjoy contact with people and working with food. You have the ability of grasping new ideas,coordinating working processes; you have  a hygiene awareness, sense of order, a good sense of smell and taste as well as having a team-oriented way of work. You round off your profile with the ability of working under great pressure in hectic situations.
