Further Training

The promotion of professional further training is alone of our special concerns. It is our aim to encourage and promote in order to provide joy at work, to continually develop and therefore to add to ZFV’s success story.

  • The basis of our further training concept is the promotion and encouragement at the workplace. Within the framework of an annual personnel talk, individual development goals are set. Workplace enrichment and job enlargement is of importance as is the development of our employees via training, promotion and functional or geographical change of workplace.

  • Our free internal further training program comprises about 90 different skilled and leadership courses. The choice allow our employees to keep step with the daily changes and challenges on the market. The courses promote their personal development as well as their abilities and provide preparation for future skilled and leadership tasks.

  • External further training is possible for skilled areas that are not covered by our internal further training program. If participation in a relevant course is in the interest of ZFV, then a partial coverage of costs will be considered on our part.

  • ZFV Talent Management is a one-year promotion program for future ZFV executives. The program is aimed at finding commmitted talents among our own ranks, developing them further and preparing them for later key functions within the company.
