Annual Flat Rate
Reserve the annual flat rate for the Mensa Lycée Français easily and comfortably online. Lunch includes a daily or veggie menu as well as a starter and a dessert. The registration is valid for the running school year. The offsetting with follow in two installements per semester. In the case of school admission during the semester, the difference will be deducted from the rates below. The booking can be cancelled during the semester, provided the week’s notice is adhered to. The corresponding differing amount will be refunded to you.

Frequently asked questions
1. What are the advantages of having the yearly flat rate?
The price of the menu is CHF 10.50 in comparison to CHF 12.50 for a single menu. Therefore, you save a maximum of CHF 340.00 per year in comparison to the price per unit. Furthermore, allergies and special needs are given individual consideration and attention. Your child can consume in the canteen without any extra expense. Please register your child by the 31st of August.
2. How is payment made?
You can pay by credit card or on receipt of invoice. The invoices are sent twice yearly and in advance. Payment in installments is possible only on request.
3. Can I cancel the yearly flatrate?
Yes, it is possible to cancel by keeping to the one-week notice at the end of the week. However, a new registration is only possible in the following semester.
4. Am I entitled to a refund?
In the event of illness or accident leave of more than 3 weeks, the absence must be reported together with a valid doctor’s certificate. Following this, the unclaimed school days will be refunded. In the case of cancellation, a pro rata amount will be refunded. The refund will be made to the bank account or credit card used on payment of the invoice.
5. How is the flat rate managed for secondary school students (Terminal)?
Students who have already finished at the beginning of June can stop paying the annual fee provided they have given notice on the 28th of May. The difference will be refunded.
6. How is the flat rate managed if there isn’t a «classe verte»?
The Lycée Français will refund the unclaimed amount of the annual fee. Money will be refunded only in the absence of trips which last three days or longer.
7. How does my child know which services have been booked?
After registration and receipt of payment of the services, your child will receive a badge with name, first name as well as the booked services (4x or 5x a week). In addition, information such as allergies, intolerance or special needs will be included on the badge.
8. Where can I purchase single vouchers?
You can purchase the vouchers from our staff at the canteen and you can pay by cash. The vouchers are numbered and their validity is unlimited.
9. What are the semester dates for 2017 / 2018?
First semester: from 4 September 2017 to 2 Februar 2018
Second semester: from 5 February 2018 to 6 July 2018
