What awaits you
At the ZFV headquarters you will assume administrative and organisational tasks and thus you will gain a complete insight into the three different areas of business. At the front of house you will welcome and take care of our guests. You use the telephone in a competent manner, deal with the in and out-going post and manage the meeting rooms. In the Human Resources Department you will deal with new and departing employees and assume various administrative tasks. At the end of your training you will work in financial accounting where you will, among other things, deal with tasks for the accounts payable and receivable department.
What you bring along
Business tasks provide you with joy and you are articulate both orally and in writing. You are quick to grasp new tasks and you are talented in organisation. You accomplish your tasks in a reliable, responsible and independent manner. In addition, you like to work with computers and you have already acquired typing skills.
