Why did you choose to do your apprenticeship as a chef at ZFV?
I was allowed to have a trial day at the Krone and I enjoyed every thing about it - from the work to the team.
What expectations did you have at the start of your apprencticeship?
That the team would accept me and that I would have an interesting and exciting apprenticeship.
What surprised you in a positive way?
That there are so many helpful and kind people here who teach me so much.
What are or were the greatest challenges during your apprenticship at ZFV?
A huge challenge for me is to satisfy everybody and to do everything right both at school and at work.
What was your biggest moment of success during your apprenticeship at ZFV?
It was definitely the day when, together with my team, we were awarded the first Michelin star.
What would you like to do in the future, respectively after finishing your apprenticeship?
The most important thing is that I successfully complete my apprenticeship and then to get a job as a junior chef.
